The Story Museum is joining in Oxford’s Christmas Light Night for the first time this year, on Friday December 2. Celebrate a traditional Christmas with storytelling and songs around the Christmas tree in the courtyard of the Story Museum’s future home. Performance storyteller Katy Cawkwell will weave pictures that linger in the mind and stimulate the imagination. She'll be telling tales of the woman who married the moon and the man who followed a star, the singing fir and the golden branch.

The OCVA AGM will take place at 5.00pm on Monday 10 October at Oxford Town Hall, immediately before the Charity and Volunteer Awards. All OCVA members are welcome at the AGM

Join Autism Oxford for a day to listen to how people with Autism have learnt to overcome certain difficulties and listen to Jonas Torrance, Therapy & Behaviour Management Co-ordinator and Dance & Movement Psychotherapist, Oxfordshire Service for Autism .

Come along to this fun day out with music for children and young people with disabilities and their carers.

The annual St Frideswide Civic Service theme this year is the environment and the focus will be on how we care for and preserve our environment. During the service the Bishop of Oxford, the Rt Revd John Pritchard, will interview Averil Stedeford, whose inspirational house in Oxford has won an Observer Ethical Award for its environmental credentials.
