The Directory of Premises

There are many places groups can hire meeting rooms in Oxfordshire. We have compiled a comprehensive Directory of Premises that will help you find venues in your surrounding area.

We would like to make you aware that OCVA offers a meeting room which is available for general use. Most commonly it has been used for workshops, small seminars, and meetings. 

OCVA members can hire the room for £5hr, non-members are charged £15hr. Refreshments and biscuits can provided with an additional charge. An Overhead project is available and flipcharts and pens can also be hired for a small charge.

The room seats up to 15 people and is available during office open hours Monday to Friday, 9.30 to 4.40pm. (Evening and weekend hire can be arranged). If you would like to book the room please contact OCVA on 01865 251946 or email admin@ocva.org.
