An invitation to a celebration of how volunteers ‘Make a Difference’ in Oxfordshire

CSV Make a Difference Day is the UK's largest day of volunteering. It takes place this year on 30th October, with activities from 23rd October – 7th November. We would like to invite you to an event at County Hall in Oxford on Thursday 4th November to celebrate the part played by volunteers in Oxfordshire in a wide variety of ways.

The event begins at 5pm with refreshments. Then we will hear from speakers and awards will be given to the people judged to have made a special contribution in their role as a volunteer, presented by Cllr Hilary Hibbert-Biles, Chairman of Oxfordshire County Council. Please find enclosed further information on how to nominate a volunteer- it’s a great chance to say a special thank you for their contribution.
