Would you like to find out how the Expert Patients Programme CIC can support you with your work?
This FREE interactive awareness workshop is for health and social care practitioners to increase awareness of the benefits of self-management and to show how you can effectively support and promote self-management with your patients and service users.
This workshop will be facilitated by tutor(s) who are able to model self-management competencies. The workshop will be delivered using methods and processes common to the EPP course which is delivered to participants who are living with a long-term health condition.
