Dealing with Difficult Volunteers training

OCVA is hosting a session for those of you who have a responsibility of managing or recruiting volunteers in your organisations. Most of us have encountered difficult situations with volunteers, whether someone is not carrying out their role, causing difficulties for other volunteers or being demanding of your time. As they are volunteers there are different ways to address these problem situations, and this session will cover some practical tips, as well as sharing experiences with others.
