Conflict happens. Whenever two or more people have to share space or make contact eventually there will be conflict. What makes the difference is how the conflict is managed. It can be a fruitful exploration of different perspectives or an intransient war!

This course will explore:

  • How conflict develops
  • Productive conflict
  • Unproductive conflict
  • Possible resolutions for unproductive conflict
