Business Planning workshop

OCVA are hosting a full day workshop on business planning to help organisations to translate strategic goals into successful, practical implementation plans. This training will be delivered by Alan Lawrie, author of 'A Complete Guide to Managing New Projects'.

The cost of the day is £25, but as with most of our training opportunities there is a discount for OCVA members.
