This full day workshop will give participants techniques for dealing with difficult people and situations including conflict within teams. It is aimed at anyone who manages volunteers and/or teams. It follows up on our popular short session ‘Dealing with Difficult Volunteers’, held in June. October 21st, 9.30am registration for 10am start- 4pm.
