A celebration ball for 45 years of rugby in Witney, the first ever Pigstock, a comedy night and a road race are all part of the first ever Big Witney Weekend starting on the 10 September. The weekend will be based around Witney Rugby Club's Hailey Road Ground where a giant marquee will be in place for Pigstock on Friday night. This event promises an evening of live music, a hog-roast and flowing beer with monies raised supporting West Oxfordshire disabled children's charity SpecialEffect and the Sobell House Hospice charities.
