How did you get there?

No matter what your background, country, culture or religion you come from - you've got a story to tell. Come and share with your community and inspire each other with storis, songs poems, music and rhythms. There will be the option to capture some material on CD.

Oxfordshire Mind are inviting people to their next Mental Health Advice Forum on 5 July at 11.00am. There will be a guest speaker, Wendy Needham, from Job Centre Plus who will be explaining her role and answering questions you might like to put.

The forum is also your opportunity to raise and discuss questions regarding advice and mental health in Oxfordshire.

The meeting is being held at Oxfordshire Mind, 2 Kings Meadow, Osney Mead, Oxford OX2 0DP.

The Oxford OCD Support Group is open to people who have (or think the might have) OCD or a related disorder, their family members and their friends.

The group provides informal but structured meetings where people affected can talk to others in a friendly, non-judgemental way. It does not offer specific therapy or professional guidance, but is an opportunity to share thoughts, ideas and strategies, and to provide mutual support.
