Free learning to support you and your work

We talk about sustaining communities, but what about sustaining ourselves?

Word, work, work!

The natural rhythm of effort is work rest work rest. However, how often do we get this pattern: work work work collapse?

The aim of SUSTAIN is to learn how to anticipate stress well and to learn strategies for problem solving and helping you do what you do better - with less cost to yourself.
