Sayer Vincent are hosting a workshop on balancing risk and making decisions at their venue in central Bristol. Financial tools can help organisations to make better decisions and this practical workshop will develop a case study using break even analysis, payback period and sensitivity to help you compare the relative financial risk profiles of possible new activities.
