These are ‘one-off’ workshops. They offer a mixture of information and exercises and give plenty of opportunities for participants to learn from each other and share experience.

The course is for newly appointed CEOs who have been in post for two years or less. The course comprises five one-day modules spread over five months. It will provide participants with the range of knowledge and skills required in the demanding role of CEO, with in depth learning opportunities at a pace to suit busy CEOs.
