Volunteer Link-Up, West Oxfordshire 2-4pm, High Street Methodist Church, Witney. This training is being offered to serve as an aid to volunteers who are or might be interested in befriending people with learning disabilities. Our trainer, Helen Bloomfield, of OADG, will explain: what advocacy is and involves; what learning difficulties are; the skills required for working with learning disabled people.
