7pm Holiday Inn, Peartree, Oxford Thames Valley Police is recruiting confident level-headed people to join the Force as Special Constables and give some of their time each month to help police their local communities. Special Constables are volunteer Police Officers who have the same powers, uniform and equipment, duties and responsibilities as regular police officers, including the power of arrest. | ||
