Bicester Achievers Speakers Club has issued an invitation to the Chairs, Presidents and Leaders of local voluntary and business groups to meet with them. The reason behind this are two fold, this not for profit club could be a source of guest speakers for voluntary groups, plus the members of other clubs might benefit from regular attendance and participation with its members.
