Oxfordshire Health & Social Care Workforce Development Programme

NHS organisations and Social Care Directorates at Oxfordshire County Council are establishing a new programme to plan for and develop staff who deliver health and social care services in Oxfordshire.

 

In the first year, we will be:

- Developing a workforce strategy with all organisations delivering health and social care services

- Planning for the future workforce to deliver diabetes and dementia care

- Exploring how staff, carers and users can improve health care and social support by using and sharing information differently

- This programme is expected to last for a minimum of 3 years
